PRE-PRODUCTION
Proofing your design before bulk manufacturing’s one of the first and most important steps. We will cut Patterns and make a pre-production Sample for your approval. Our team of skilled sampling and pattern-making specialists will make sure you are satisfied with the look and feel of the garment before any further steps are taken.
Sampling is one of the key elements of the pre-production processes in the garment industry.
Before we produce bulk orders, we suggest our client see a sample first. Once the sample is approved then there is no chance of error in bulk production.
Create a Tech Pack
Next, we create a document with professional drawings, fabric, color, and sizing information. This type of document is called a tech pack, which serves as the specification and design file for your custom sportswear. It follows all relevant standards and can be used by any sports apparel supplier.
Once our clients approve the Tech pack then we lock our objective and start to make Basic Patterns. Patterns play a very important role because it is the base of client design so our professional pattern makers make patterns carefully and cross-check them twice to remove error if there is any.
Patterns Making
We determine all relevant dimensions with length, width, and shape. Moreover, these dimensions have to be adapted to the different sizes we want to offer your activewear in. Sizing charts are required so that we know all of our client’s design measurements accurately. Sometimes they provide and if they haven’t, we make customize sizing according to our client’s demand.
Pre-Production
Once we verify all measurements and check there is no error in the pattern then we move on to the main process which is Fabric cutting according to the pattern, Printing if our client’s demand, Stitching, Threading, Tagging, Pressing & Packing and then we sending to sample to our client to check the quality of fabric stitching and everything.
After Sending the Sample to the client, we are waiting for the feedback. First of all, our professional team makes all thing very professionally and tries to work hard for zero percent error, but if the client wants to change anything like measurement, the Printing position, etc. then we note our client all instructions in the production file and adjust all these things, then we schedule a meeting with our senior team.
