We take away the headache of sourcing materials for you. We provide sourcing services as part of your Product manufacturing project and can help source high-quality fabrics, made specially to your specifics. Have your own fabrics and Materials – Great! If not – we will help solve this for you.
Sourcing
Gymthentic Sports receive fabric from overseas & Locally textile manufacturers in large bolts with cardboard or plastic center tubes or in piles or bags. The fabric typically arrives in steel commercial shipping containers and is unloaded with a forklift. We often have a warehouse or dedicated area to store fabric between arrival and manufacturing.
Sourcing
We also source fabrics from buyer-recommended fabric suppliers. This way we are able to maintain the quality level of the fabrics. The fabric is sourced and stored in the fabric store in racks. Fabric inspection is done prior to issuing fabric to the cutting department
Trim Sourcing
We source trims and accessories based on requirements and stored them in the Trim store room. Trims are kept buyer-wise. For inventory management factory uses bin cards. Each bin card contains details of trims and available inventory stocks.
